Experienced, multi-time CTO joins the leading talent acquisition software company

Pandya will lead the company’s engineering team as it develops market-leading products that help organisations hire top talent faster, smarter and at scale. He is the founder and managing director of Saha Growth Partners, a tech consulting practise, and is on the board for Ntirety. He previously served as executive director in the technology consulting group at Vista Equity Partners.
